- The Yellow and Purple colors represent the royal colors of Shuri Castle
- The center image is a combination of the seal of Japan and the flag of Okinawa
- The top kanji: 沖縄空手道 reads Okinawa Karate Do
- The bottom kanji: 誠実心道館協会 reads Seijitsu Shin Do Kan Kyokai
- The center kanji: reads Shuri Te or Suidi in Okinawan
- The rope symbolizes the connection with Okinawa and keeping the traditions alive and well throughout Okinawa Karatedo not just Shorin Ryu.

The logo of Shorin Ryu - Seijitsu Shin Do Kan is a very simple design with a great deal of meaning.
•Rope – Represents life and everything in life that tie together that makes things happen and work. The gold represents our precious life is and what a treasure it is.
•The black background represents the never ending learning process in karatedo and in life.
•The white text represents honesty / integrity, humility, perseverance, discipline, and patience. . It reads across the top Okinawa Kobyashi Ryu (Shorin Ryu) and on the bottom the name of our dojo “Seijitsu Shin Do Kan”
•The flag of Okinawa represents where our karate came from and its creators. It also represents the peaceful, kind and welcoming nature of Okinawa
